@STARZ @Xfinity @Outlander_STARZ Call Comcast and they will help. It is happening in December. The agent went through all their programs and what’s involved. I plan to drop down a couple of tiers and get the Starz and HBO apps and save money.

Ok, it looks like the problem is that Comcast is redirecting users from the regular NBCHD channel (810) to some beta nonsense Xfinity 4k channel (1387), which is what causes the recording bug. Recording 810 directly from the guide works fine. You're welcome @XfinitySupport 😒🙄
