I’m absolutely convinced that Xfinity hates twitter. When I’m connected to WiFi twitter doesn’t load for sh*t, but everything else does. Soon as I switch WiFi off twitter loads flawlessly.

Ok, it looks like the problem is that Comcast is redirecting users from the regular NBCHD channel (810) to some beta nonsense Xfinity 4k channel (1387), which is what causes the recording bug. Recording 810 directly from the guide works fine. You're welcome @XfinitySupport 😒🙄
